Dear Kaden,

I have decided to make a blog today rather than the letter book. I will be posting all of my last entries here. I am starting at the first entry from my pregnancy since there's not many letters.

23 weeks pregnant- entry 1
Kaden, I never really thought about the meaning of a birthday until you. I can't wait for the day when I can meet you and hold you. You are so strong in my stomach. Even right now you are kicking and wiggling. Your daddy and I never thought we would love you as much as we do. We had planned for you and were excited but as your personality shined through we fell in love with you. There is no doubt that you are a Carpenter boy. Daddy likes to poke at you and try to make you angry but you just punch back at him.

I always tell you good morning and I love you. Sometimes you rattle my whole stomach when you turn over in your sleep. I am so glad we made you. God blessed us with the greatest gift. Your mama loves you! I already love who you are and always will. Now don't shake me too much I'm going to bed.

23 weeks pregnant- entry 2
Kaden, you got heavier over night it seems like. You were so good yesterday. You rolled and at one point you were on all fours with your back bumping the roof of my stomach. You slept very well through the night with only little tired turning movements.

I had a dream last night I finally had you in my arms. You looked just like your daddy. I had trouble feeding you. My milk hadn't come in yet. When I woke up and felt your little sleepy turns, I was so sad that you weren't here.

3 1/2 months until you are here! It sounds so long. I've been calling you BooBoo and BooBear but your daddy says you don't like it. I read a book to your daddy last night but it woke you up with all my talking. You had a hard time vigorously punching to try and get me to be quiet. Eventually you fell back asleep. I am going to nap!

26 weeks 1 day pregnant - entry 3
Kaden, Last night you kicked me all night. I slept through it better than usual. You have started kicking my ribs and hips. I ate soup yesterday and when I was done I set the plastic bowl on my stomach. You were unhappy to have the added weight on your space so you attempted to throw the bowl off. You would lift one side and let it down then lift the other and spin it like a tilt-a-whirl. Cutie!

29 weeks 2 days pregnant - entry 4
Kaden, you are getting big! Finally you can recognize daddy. When he puts his hand on my stomach you seem comforted. Daddy loves you so much. I gained 4lbs in two weeks! That's how fast you are growing. You have the hiccups right now. I can't wait to meet you. Come out soon!

2 weeks old - entry 5
Kaden, It has been so long since I have written. It is mostly because I have been so busy taking care of you. I sort of miss you in my stomach but I am happy I can cuddle you.

Today I had to poop so I put you by the door. You were screaming so while I was on the toilate I had to pick you up. You wanted to be cuddled but I really had to poop. I set you back down and you cried until you got tired. g2g
